Which size to choose?
The Curl bed is designed for dogs who love to curl up, so it should gently embrace your dog: when curled up, their back should rest against the bolster. At the same time, they should have enough room to relax and stretch out through the front opening. That’s why if you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. A Curl bed that’s too small may become uncomfortable over time. In a slightly larger one, your dog will naturally curl up against the bolster.
How to measure: Have your dog stand up and measure their back length (A), from the withers (the highest point of the shoulder blades) to the base of the tail. Compare this measurement with the size chart. Weight is only a guideline; if your dog’s weight and back length suggest different sizes, go by the back length.
Quick check: If your dog is currently curled up on a blanket, measure the widest part of their curled-up body. This measurement should not exceed dimension D for your chosen size in the size chart.
