Sizes S and M have side rests identical to those of the Rozhľadňa. Sofedo L has side rests of the same length and depth as Rozhľadňa L, but we made them slimmer.

The sofa breathes a sigh of relief from hair

Thanks to Sofedo, the dog will always come to lounge in one specific spot, and all hair will be caught there. Our velvet is already known for being easy to maintain. All hair can be easily vacuumed from the fabric or wiped off with a damp cloth.

If necessary, you can remove the cover and wash it at 30ºC (in our experience, you can also wash it at 40ºC, but don’t tell the fabric manufacturer). The zipper is hidden from curious eyes on the underside of the Sofedo.

The cushions are filled in such a way that they maintain their shape for a long time and are not pliable under the dog’s weight.

You can regulate the filling density yourself and replace it in case of an accident. Replacement filling can be found in the Spare Parts category.

Waterproofness

Liquids will stay on Sofedo

We won’t even list all the liquids our dogs continuously discharge while comfortably lounging, and all the “treats” from walks they can regurgitate back into this world.

At least someone who doesn’t have to worry is your sofa, as Sofedo has a waterproof sheet sewn between two layers of fabric, through which literally nothing can pass.

Velvet Fabric

Soft and pleasant to the touch

In terms of softness and durability, upholstery velvet has no competition. If you catch yourself stroking Sofedo instead of your dog, that’s perfectly fine.

High durability

This fabric was originally developed for premium sofas. A high grammage of up to 435g/m2 and extra high abrasion resistance of 100,000 Martindale cycles guarantee that Sofedo will withstand any diggers.

From recycled materials

59% of the fabric is recycled polyester with Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certificate. For one Sofedo L, 59 discarded plastic bottles are used.

Own sewing workshop

We sew Sofedo in our own textile workshop in Šamorín. Our reliable and precise seamstresses are a big reason why our products have received such good reviews.

At the same time, it is a guarantee of the highest quality. Each Sofedo goes through three pairs of hands – first, it is precisely sewn by a seamstress, then two other people independently inspect it. This ensures we are confident that you will always receive a flawless piece.

You can also buy spare parts for Sofedo.

We always say that the most sustainable product is the one that lasts the longest. In the case of Sofedo, this means that if necessary, you can buy a replacement velvet cover or side rests.

Care and Maintenance

To remove hair from the cover, it’s best to dampen a cloth and sweep all hairs in one direction, ideally in the direction the fabric naturally lays. Hairs can also be easily vacuumed away. Most stains can be removed by gently wiping the soiled spot several times with a wet cloth, without pressing hard. For tougher stains, you can repeat this process multiple times. The trick is to get enough moisture onto the soiled area, so don’t be afraid to use plenty of water on the cloth. The outer cover can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius. The manufacturer recommends washing on a delicate cycle.

SIDE BOLSTERS: The side bolsters are not suitable for machine washing or any other wet cleaning. Dirt is best removed with a lint roller or a vacuum cleaner.
